We can’t talk about enterprise goals for long. The aim of any company is to make profit.

So we can talk about profit in a broader context — that is why we have all gathered together.

We have a young team. Between 20 and 40 years old. Each of us is close to the fantasy worlds of the last century, filled with robots and smart machines and other human helpers. They were absorbed directly through books and perceived through the culture by those who did not read those books.

To us, robots are merely clever tools that man creates for himself in order to free all of humanity from routine work, to achieve prosperity, and to devote oneself to self-development. To go further beyond one’s limit.

It is a dream that, deep down, made everyone keep looking for that place where they could begin to fulfill it.

The second passion that unites us is not so obvious in the history of its emergence. One way or another we have come to believe that the only way to succeed in the business we love, and in life in general, is through professionalism. Through a deep understanding of what your business consists of. Through constant improvement and mastering of skills.

We love what we do. We get the pleasure of finding the best solution to a task, improving our skills, translating them into the best mechanisms, programs, solutions.

The perception of this approach inevitably makes us choose the field of improvement, because it’s impossible to be a professional in everything.

The field we chose, packing automation, seemed to be the sufficient framework for us to develop quickly and deeply without being distracted by constantly emerging new tasks. But the more we dive into this world, the bigger and more complicated it becomes for us.

During our work we have designed and manufactured dozens of devices that allow us to solve different tasks in packing. Various types of grippers for industrial robots to work with bags and boxes, bottles and canisters, packages and vials, wooden boards and molded products have been designed, manufactured and improved by us many times. Conveyors and other transportation systems, box formers and automatic pallet magazines are all part of our portfolio, our working tools that allow carrying out projects quickly and easily. And the experience we gain from this is invested in further development.

We are continuously developing. We develop our production by fitting out the necessary equipment, adding people, training and preparing our employees. We are improving our internal tools for project management, planning and interaction within the team. We develop departments that are responsible for interaction with the outside world — marketing, promotion and sales. These are necessary services which support the work of the enterprise and allow us to focus on what is important — on moving forward.

Automation in Russia has been and still is far behind the norm for European companies. The level of automation in the former CIS countries lags far behind not only the European and Asian countries, but also, according to the International Federation of Robotics reports, behind such countries as Brazil and Mexico.

We are catching up fast. Our equipment is already winning in terms of price/quality ratio in the domestic market, we are already generating interest outside of the CIS countries, but this is not enough.

If we chose professionalism and excellence, we cannot be limited to one country. The only way is to set ourselves an example of the world’s best companies, to catch up and overtake them.

This task cannot be achieved without in-depth research. And our next task is to align the work of our research department.

We are working on the development of a software system to automate the development of control systems for automated packing lines. Such software-hardware system, which will allow implementing the approaches, which became commonplace in the world of computers, when the device connected to the computer is automatically detected, adjusted and ready to work with no need for operator’s attention.

Thirty years ago, we might have needed to write a driver for a mouse in order to be able to use it. This is still the reality of the world of industrial automation, which strongly constrains development.

The tasks of the research department will also include exploring new directions. But the main task is in-depth research, which will change the course of work. Not to catch up with the market leaders but to move along with them. To look for our own solutions.

Constant development and researches require thinking today about who will join us in 2 years, 5-10 years. We work with universities and are constantly looking for talented people to join us.
