For us, it is a project in which all the initial goals are achieved and the conditions for continued work are created.

How do you structure your work so that you end up with a successful project?

Our formula:

  • Rely on actual knowledge.

If we have mastered the technologies that need to be applied, and the project uses solutions that we have used before, then the work is done effortlessly and with pleasure.

  • Consider the specifics of the project.

No project can be repeated completely. Our benchmark is to add no more than 25% novelty. This is a basic component of success. All new things need to be recognized, studied, planned and closely monitored during the project. And at the end of the job, you should gain the necessary experience for new projects.

  • Be prepared for anything.

No matter how well reconnaissance is done, there will be surprises. Being ready for them for us is an attitude. An internal mindset to address all issues that arise to successfully complete the project.

  • Work closely with the customer.

The success of an event is the result of all participants working together. No matter how technical our work is, at its core it is always people working with people for a common cause.

  • Keep development in mind.

Any successful project must lead to increased profits. If one of the participants does not make a profit, the project is unlikely to continue. And all the effort invested will not give the desired return.

These components came together in perfect balance in work with Schelkovo Agrohim JSC, our longtime partner in projects for automation of stacking and palletizing of plant protection agents (PPA).

We are grateful to the Schelkovo Agrohim team for working together on this project step by step, from simple projects to complex ones, in constant communication and striving to do a beautiful job.

This work has already resulted in automation of PPA stacking and palletizing on 3 shop areas, where 7 industrial robots are working and in one interesting project being implemented.
