Robotic system for palletizing of 5-liter bottles

Automatic system for bottled water packing in heat-shrink film on pallets with further packing in stretch film.

Pallet conveying. The pallets are conveyed sequentially, from automatic pallet magazine to the stacking area, to the wrapping area and to the output roller conveyor.

Product conveying. The bottles enter the buffer storage conveyor from the shrinking machine, and — depending on the layout scheme — they are fed to the pickpoint in straight or unfolded condition where they are prepared for gripping by the robot.

Gripper. The robot’s gripper is universal: it allows palletizing cardboard spacers and rows of 4 or 8 packs of bottles.

Wrapping. Depending on the program, it is possible to place the upper PVC sheet, to wrap the pallet, or to transfer without wrapping.
