Automatic empty pallet feeder

The pallet stack is loaded into the dispenser with a forklift. The movable frame lowers to the level of the second pallet from below. The stack is picked up. The stack is then lifted, allowing the bottom pallet to drop out. Once the pallet is retracted, the frame is lowered to the bottom position. The procedure is repeated until there are no more pallets in the pallet feeder stack. The presence of pallets on the roller conveyor is monitored with photoelectric sensors. The position of the dispenser frame is monitored by inductive sensors and two emergency limit switches.
