Single-sided universal fork type gripper
Equipment Description
The gripper system has a bottom fork type gripper for handling batteries. The second gripper tool, the vacuum suction cups, are used to stack the two types of interlayer spacers.
The gripping system can grip and transfer several types of batteries. Depending on the battery size and stacking pattern, the gripper picks up one or two batteries at the same time.
The output capacity of battery palletizing depends on the stacking pattern of the product on the pallet and can reach 700 batteries per hour.
The universal gripping system can be customized for any other product type.
