Automatic wrapping machine with rotary arm , equipped with clamping and film cutting system.

Convenient operation, the sheet stacking unit and film carriage are on one side.

The rotation speed of the boom and film up/down movement are controlled by changing the frequency to give the machine maximum flexibility for the customer’s needs.

The machine is equipped with an FE spool carriage by default (electromagnetic brake with the return roller) with film tension adjustable from the touch screen control panel and a photocell that measures the height of the pallet.

The automatic film clamping and cutting system is mounted on a single horizontally moving arm to adapt to any shape and position of the pallet.

PRS motorized adjustable pre-tensioning carriage.

The PRS (Power Roller Stretch) spool carriage. This fixed ratio pre-stretch system allows electronic control of the film force at load angles. The PRS carriage is equipped with an IRF fast film loading system (insertion of express film) and consists in opening one side of the carriage of the spool to load the film. This operation takes less than 30 seconds.

These devices allow for a better unification of the pallet and saving approximately 40% on packaging material (compared to an FE type spool carriage).

Heat welding

A welding unit with hot Teflon plates provides perfect final pallet packaging. The unit is mounted on springs to ensure a perfect connection on the load surface.

Welding temperature and time are adjustable via the control panel.

The system includes a blower to hold the film tail.

Top sheet dispenser.

Revolution LS integrated into the production line provides additional protection of the product from water and/or dust. The top sheet for water protection is located during the ascending and descending spirals of film wrapping.
