Cardboard spacer magazine

The spacer magazine comprises a structure, from which a palletizer takes pallets to be stacked on an empty pallet. It is equipped with a loading door on the outside of the robotic cell, as well as a proximity sensor and a pallet presence sensor.

The search is done using rangefinder sensor mounted on the industrial robot gripper.

When the preset minimum number of remaining spacers is reached, the yellow light of the signal lamp lights up and an alarm is activated, a message to refill the magazine is displayed.
