Multifunctional mechanical gripper system with side clamping walls for PET bottles
Equipment Description
Gripper with two independent gripper groups for clamping of different product types: corrugated cartons, PET bottles, other type bottles.
The product is gripped from the side and picked up from the bottom, thus providing a secure hold while handling. The gripper allows high speeds when carrying the product.
The gripper is equipped with two additional tools: for handling empty pallets and for handling cardboard spacers.
The gripper uses spring-loaded vacuum suction cups with filters on the ends of the empty pallet gripping hooks for empty pallet gripping.
