Multifunctional vacuum box gripper
Equipment Description
Vacuum gripper system for all box sizes. The vacuum suction cups and vacuum generators are mounted on a frame designed for all sizes of boxes indicated in the specifications. Additionally, the industrial multifunction gripper is equipped with special tools for working with pallets.
The main devices and mechanisms of the gripper are mounted on a steel frame.
The movable plate with vacuum suction cups is driven by a pneumatic cylinder. The suction cups are divided into 10 groups for universal adaptation to different box formats. Each group has its own vacuum generator.
The boxes are gripped by the movable plate with vacuum suction cups. The movable plate is lifted to work with pallets.
Устройства для управления пневмооборудованием захвата реализованы на пневмомодуле.
Датчики поиска паллет расположены на лицевой стенке захвата (вертикальный поиск кромки) и в полости захвата у задней стенки (горизонтальный поиск кромки паллеты).
